Process
Our executive search process is designed for the timely and successful completion of projects and the formation of long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Project Initiation
- For new clients, we develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization including, history, structure, culture, products and markets. We also learn the backgrounds and goals of the individuals who will be involved in the interviewing and hiring process.
- For both new and existing clients, we create a thorough description of the organization and position, including responsibilities, reporting relationships, management duties, goals and requisite personal and professional characteristics.
Candidate Development
- We immediately reach out to our network of contacts, run reports from our database and conduct research to quickly identify potential candidates and relevant sources.
- The position and client organization is presented to qualified candidates.
- We interview, evaluate, and qualify prospective candidates while continuing to develop new sources and additional candidates.
Candidate Selection
- Our clients are provided frequent search status reports which can include information such as the people contacted and candidates who were interviewed and disqualified.
- Throughout the entire recruitment process, we serve as the intermediaries between candidates and the client.
Negotiation and Close
- We assist our clients in selecting the winning candidate, conduct and document the reference checks, and help the client to negotiate a successful offer.
- We work closely with the candidate throughout the resignation process and ensure a successful separation from their employer.
- After the successful candidate has begun employment with our client we maintain contact with him or her as well as with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Follow-Up
- At our client's request, we are prepared to work with the client organization on team or individual issues that may arise when new leadership is introduced.
- All candidates and former candidates are kept appropriately apprised of their status, including the resolution of the search.
